By day I'm a strategic marketing consultant with 25+ years experience across sectors and industries, in diverse businesses, including some really exciting growth projects and a number of entrepreneurial start-up launches.
I've painted regularly since 2009, using oils as my primary medium. I love portraits and capturing the essence of people and animals. I am told my paintings make observers smile because they capture the 'happier' side of life.
It is true, I prefer to view life through my natural filter of optimism, joy and hope. While overlooking the dark-side might not always be wise, when I paint I don't feel it matters.
I seek connection and I think that's what people feel when they see my work.
